Virtual Science Lab
An initiative by the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) to enhance learning outcomes in science and mathematics through interactive virtual laboratory simulations. Deployed across more than 200 schools with 90 experiments covering Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.
About RUPP
The Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), established in 1960, is Cambodia's flagship university. It is a founding member of the ASEAN University Network (AUN) and the only university in Cambodia offering formal education across all STEM disciplines.
RUPP serves as the primary national institution for producing science educators, with strong integration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) strategic priorities. The university has an in-house IT development team capable of building complex learning management systems and its own data center for development and testing.

MoEYS
The VSL project is aligned with MoEYS strategic priorities. After the piloting period, the VSL-MS will be transferred to MoEYS Data Center for nationwide deployment and sustainability.
